Exceptional
although location was nice and view of ocean was nice..we weren’t happy we couldn’t go into pool which was one of reason bed was not comfortable, floor felt sticky like it hadn’t been mopped in our room, sheets had hair on them from previous guests, and we couldn’t use pool as they said we had to reserve which had no idea u had to do plus it was closed on 2 days we were there-very disappointing the location was perfect for walking the boardwalk, the inside of hotel was beautiful with the look of a little city under one roof
very comfortable and quiet. I wish there was a hot tub and microwave but the penthouse was really nice The room was excellent

OK, but.. Was a big deal to extend my stay by one night and stay in same room, they overcharged me to do it. Front desk is a mess, not enough staff and staff lacked knowledge. Room was fine. Stay at Havana Tower. Casino, restuarants were top notch.
