The housekeeper didn’t have towels to replace our old towels. The lady said she didn’t have towels not even to clean the rooms.

Took nearly 14 minutes to get an elevator down. The pool closed at 4:45 and the second pool wasnt even open. I expected more from this hotel. Overall it was a good stay, the shops and restaurants were nice.

Beautiful place. lots of stores. the store are on the expensive side i would recommend going off property to shop. If you have elderly people with you it may not be the best bet for them because there is a lot of walking. they do have motorized rentals but they are on the expensive side as well. it not much of a budget friendly hotel. but over all it was a pretty good stay.

Pre check in and kiosk use to get my keys. Staff was available and helped many throughout the process. Very happy with the room especially for the low price. Many, many options for food and beverages! Very pleased with this stay and would definitely recommend and return to this location!
