Good We went to a kiosk with a 30 min wait, to get an error message stating we had to see an agent. That line was an hour and 30 min line. No staff around to advise if you are even waiting on the right line. Good news we got upgraded. Room was great, hotel itself looked dated but definitely not bad for a one night getaway. The location was great. Your on the boardwalk with everything (restaurants and other casinos) close by. Lots of slot machines

Tropicana some good some bad The resort is pretty and the shops and restaurants were amazing but the rooms were very dated and old. The west wing room felt like staying in a crummy motel. I was extremely disappointed walking into the room. The bathroom was old, and there was no water pressure flushing. The toilet was barely taking toilet paper down.
