Good Long wait at check in due to e-check in machines being down. Refrigerator was warm upon arrival. Pillows were very soft. Plenty of entertainment and eating options.

Disappointed in cleanliness around, and no hot water for shower… No HOT water…. Bought from Marketplace one day.. Gilchrist restaurant the next morning, food and service, very good…directions to get there a little difficult…

it was good. first time is little confusing but once got used its really good the location Stay was good, but the check in experience is really bad, an hour for Vallet parking and an hour for check in.

All that glitters isnt gold!!! HOT WATER IN SHOWER DIDN’T WORK - nobody cared nor sent maintenance as staff member Iona told me! Also NO check in kiosks worked - many irate customers! Beautiful decor and location

Good The rooms are mediocre..No carpet on the floors so if you return from the beach the sand stays on your room floor. They should have brooms and dustpans in each room. The rooms just dont measure up to what the rest of the hotel offers. I was not impressed. Don't get me wrong...not the worst place to stay. I just expected more. Also the family pools close too early The Tropicana itself is wonderful. I the Cuban market theme. I like that the marketplace has a 24 food shop that offers many different options
