Rooms in the Chelsea tower need to be updated. The dresser was chipping all over. Looked rundown. The valet was horrible it took 40 minutes for us to get our car back after we checked out.

Carpets were damp. Cleaning crew turned our air off and put heat on low setting which seemed to help. I was concerned for moldy particles in the air. Staff was great and helpful. Nothing additional is offered. I was bummed no laundromat available or a place for hot water. I have been to trop plenty of times, and it’s been a few years. I was disappointed this time. They do have some positive changes. I was traveling with my teen for baseball and they did have an arcade. Wish they offered a teen dance club or something for the... read more
