There are several things that I did not care for that I feel should change for future guests. The parking garage had little signage or directions of where to go. They had kiosk check-ins which I thought was easy and convenient. We then wandered aimlessly trying to find our tower and elevator. Our room was nice and spacious and good style however it had an overwhelming smell of incense, so bad that I almost asked to change rooms. Good stay Only complaint is the elevators Takes so long to go up and down.. had 4 only 2 worked.. elevator wait times could be up to 20 mins.. very unacceptable

i liked the cleanliness of the room. i felt i didn’t get a full ocean view and that was disappointing.
