Great service from staff, and great room! Check in was really long and hectic. The machines couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get in line twice for a person to help. I got a great corner room with a nice view, great room!

We had a nice time and the venue was better than adequate for what we were looking for. Check-in was terrible. Room (48th floor of West Tower) was okay but time consuming to get around being so far away. Parking was reasonable. Hardwood floors was nice in room
