I would stay again. The A/C wasn’t working properly. Wasn’t cooling the room. Closeness to the boardwalk

Nice hotel Very unprofessional staff, especially at the swimming pool. Everyone had to wait 40 minutes to enter the pool area after the scheduled opening time because the door remained closed and the “closed” sign was not removed. Meanwhile, the staff were inside the pool area on their phones and made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, the parking fees were different from what was communicated at check-in. Very big, have everything that you need in the hotel and a very nice view in the room

Having a hotel with options inside is the best experience anyone stay could be The only thing I did not like about the property was when asking for staff to clean the room when someone didn’t come to do so I was told that they didn’t have my room and how I needed to call house cleaning which I thought was part of morning and evening cleaning for rooms, but the property itself is a great place to stay and I will use this location again Very nice staff and the hotel has many things inside to do which is great for people who do... read more

Go for the cheapest room. Don't pay more for ocean view. I regret paying for the ocean view room, which costed twice the other room just to have a cloudy window that faces the next building. Carpets were stained with something red. Slight smokey air in the room. Also, every small addition would cost at least 20$ more. The check in kiosks did not work for me and I had to walk a lot to find the lobby, there are very few sign boards and nobody to ask. The location was great, next to the ocean. Sheets were clean.
