Pleasant We checked in on Thursday and was disappointed that the room had only one waste bin located in the bathroom Also, the small size tv was unsatisfactory and the stations were limited for the brief time we spent in the room. We enjoyed the boardwalk, shopping outlets, Casino and restaurants onsite. However was disappointed when we noticed the soiled towels were not replaced with fresh ones on Friday afternoon after returning from a long day out in the community. Good for quick getaway . Hotel need upgrades . Dirty elevators and doors !!!! Didn’t see anyone around cleaning at all . The location on boardwalk , quarter place . Restaurants around .Beach was nice .

Stay was good, wish the bar/restaurant was closed Had to call for room service as we had no towels one day, they never cleaned or picked up used towels, but called and did bring them

Lovely big rooms, beautiful views, great location, lots of things to do and see within the complex I purposely booked the Havana Tower for proximity to the check in. However when we got there late, that check in was closed and we ended up having to walk through the whole complex to the main check in. This was unfortunate after a very long day of travel. The hotel is in a great location, 5 min to the beach and the boardwalk. All the restaurants, shops and activities in the hotel are so fun to explore.

All good except check in process The check in process is horrific. No kiosk’s working and a line that wraps around the lobby. This year was just short of 1 hour on line to check in. No other options were available! Last year close to 1 1/2 hours to check in. Your are annoyed before you even get to your room. Bad way to start a get away !! There is easy access to the beach. Also be access to on site pools. Lots of Restaurants to chose from and shopping
