Very Good Although there are designated smoking areas it still permeates throughout the entire facility. It is very strong and makes the experience less enjoyable The check in process was very easy and quick. The kiosks and early check-in through the app was great

Very Good The hotel is beautiful. It has great decor and restaurants. The location was great, right on the board walk. The staff was courteous at the hotel and in the restaurants. Also the parking attendant.

The stay at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino was satisfactory. The only flaw I could see was some small repair work in my room. There are some areas with damaged wallpaper, marks on the walls, and stains as well. If I could suggest having maintenance to go over to room 4236 to check it out, that’d make the room look much better. Other than that, not much else can be said in this regard. Very Good The refrigerator did not keep our fruit cold and we had to throw it out.I did mention this at checkout. Location and perfect view of the ocean.The Tropicana is a beautiful Casino/Hotel

Fun and relaxing great time There’s a stale smoke smell inside the hallways, it can be faint to moderate depending on where you are. They should try to remove the hall rugs that would help get rid of it. Great restaurants,great food. Pretty decor . Staff all super friendly. Right on the ocean
