We stayed in the Chelsea Tower. The room looked like it was stuck in the 70's. Definitely needs some upgrades the wallpaper was peeling, cracks in the poocorn ceiling, the Tv stand was stained, the bathroom toilet was dirty and the rugs needed vacuuming. Plus they need to add microwaves to the rooms. If we come again would definitely stay in the more expensive tower. So I guess you get what you pay for and it wasn't a cheap stay.

Parking situation is terrible. Elevator situation is even worse.
