Good Chelsea towers are far from lobby & valet to check in Used to be able to check into their own lobby & valet. Many lounge chairs are marked reserved at Chelsea pool & no one is using all day Have to wait until someone leaves for unreserved chairs. Rooms are very nice in Chelsea tower. Great restaurant with ocean views on 5th floor. Coffee shop on 1st floor is nice as well

Good Although some were great, others were less than "customer service oriented". Check-in was a nightmare- I waited 40 minutes and was only the third person in line. A couple of the table games dealers were great, but there were a few who were disrespectful. Great restaurants.

good stay just wish price for one night wasn’t so much room was clean for most part but some areas like the bathroom door had child’s hand prints on it and sink in bathroom was dirty location
