my stay was okay it's just the rooms need to be upgraded badly the room was horrible chipping paint floor look very old door was messed up that everything was in the hotel as far as restaurants and lounges
Tge room was perfect,clean and comfortable. Nice view of the ocean. Someone left a picture on the wall of a person who was passed out on the floor. I don’t know why the cleaners never removed the picture. Perfect view of the ocean.
It was just ok. Nothing special. For the excessive price we paid, not worth it, 700/night Could have been updated and cleaner Facilities are old and dated, could have been cleaner, needs to be updated.

Very Good Non smoking/smoking area in the casino too close together. Asked for a handicapped room and what was to have been a step to shower but it turned out to be a regular room. After having to take a very long walk on the over bridge to get to the room on the Chelsey Tower it wasn't worth pursuing another room. Extremely long wait to get help with baggage at checkout. Had to request this service multiple times. Exceptionally clean facility in every aspect.
