Pleasant False advertising pricing is a nightmare, I had maybe 15 items on my simple stay invoice, all just for the stay, no extras. The price online says $79. The real cost is $159. This deception makes one feel ripped off.

great I am an average size female and the shower was too small and outdated. room 4036. The room was great . If I had to complain about one thing in my room it would be the size of the shower too small

Good Better parking!!!! They gave us a coupon for parking but failed to inform us that it was going to be $25.00 for two nights. It was supposed to be $10.00 a day, not $25.00. Also, they had no way to print out our bill at check out and said thy woud e-mail me all transactions along with the deposit for incidentals, which there were none. At this time, which is 7:30 a.m., July 15, 2022 and they still have not sent the e-mail. This is very unprofessional.
