It suited our needs, clean friendly the room was to cold, the heating lighr above the shower was flickering, the toilet handle was loose/tricky...we requested maintanence via the front desk they never showed fine

Weekend Stay The room was mediocre. In the bathroom both the toilet paper holder as well as the hand towel holder were barely holding on to the wall. The hotel itself as well has their parking garage are incredibly confusing and difficult to navigate. Having to carry our luggage across many floors, up and down escalators, and through the whole resort just to get to the parking garage was tiring and took away from the enjoyment of our stay. Nice family get away. Pricey. Maid service did not come. Had to wait for towels. Parking hard to figure out. Elevators were so SLOW Nice enough

Stay was fair. Despite not having hot water and hair in sink. I checked in early ...The bathroom was fairly clean there was hair in the sink a couple of wash cloth had stain on them, small puddle of water by the bed could of been from mopping. We were on the beach all day came to the room to shower only to find out that there was no hot water. Maintenance was working on the issue however hot water was not restored for us until the morning.
