Wonderful A lot of walking. Self Parking was no where near the Lobby 30 restaurants and 5 towers.

Have more staff to make things quicker as lines are long and people are holding bags and offer more perks. Check in process only two people working, I could use express needed more keys and to add another credit card for incidentals, rooms could be cleaned, more signage to find things ex chickies and Pete’s, long lines at elevators to get to garage and check in, they offer nothing for birthday guests like a gift bag or early and late check ins complimentary. Always an Experience Room was not ready when we arrived so that was a little frustrating after our long drive. The chairs and beds that were reserved at the pools but nobody ever uses them... what is that? Rest of the trip was great. All Staff was wonderful, very helpful.

My stay was exceptionally great The parking garage was a little confusing and getting to the room was a little confusing but after the first night I found my way around pretty easy.

Good location but confusing facilities The resort is exceedingly confusing in where to find everything. You have to spend so much time just to find the towers, garage, and lobby that you can't start enjoying your vacation for quite some time. It is particularly difficult to navigate to find the correct elevators when going from the parking garage to the rooms.
