I t was just ok. Required a lot of walking/ distancyto get to my families rooms/reparking- distance & time/map of facility would have been helpful. Weekend room rates not reflective in quality of room. Variety of shops and eateries. Entertainment.

nice elevators ok service
Very Good You shouldn't have to pay to park if you stay at the hotel. It should be included. Couldn't find anyone to help locate the proper check in desk when we arrived. So we used a hotel phone to call and no one answered at the main desk. Took a good 45min. to finally find the check in... The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. The shower/ bathroom was also nice.

We loved the resort. The food. The environment. We called a plumber and without knocking he entered the room. Then the housekeeper did the same thing. It was really unprofessional. The za.
