this was a fun experience for a week get a way. pools could have been heated. they were freezing. everything was in one place. we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to and a lot of good places to choose from

Pleasant West tower room was outdated. Old bathroom, old furniture, even holes in the sheets.

disappointed in the pictures that advertised the rooms and what we recieved for the price. outdated rooms and false advertising of what the rooms look like.pictures showed beautiful clean and updated rooms and what we got was something out of The Shinning. The picture is of the hallway stepping out of the elevator. Not at all what we were expecting! The rooms looked just the same the only updated feature was the bathroom.
