I didn't like that thay not give the room l reserved just because l make my check in around 6pm two hours after 4pm. I call to from desk they not fixed

The room and bathroom were spacious, everything was very clean. Check in and check out are entirely remote, which was a little difficult to figure out at first but was easy.

Everything in Havana Tower is very outdated. I was in a suite. No water bottles were provided even to buy. Needs updating. The quarter is fine, and the parking is very convenient. But you have to walk the full length of the hotel to check in and then all the way back to where you parked for the room, The kiosk check in by the quarter would have been wonderful if they were working
