Exceptional lack of communication love Tropicana but wished they alerted me that I was moved to a different tower. was placed on the other end when I already parked in the tower I scheduled to stay in

Good the location of the room we got was horrible! we got a room right next to the housekeeping storage room and they were very loud in the morning. it was also a corner room which made the wind extra loud with the winter weather we had causing it to continuously wake us up. the staff were very friendly and willing to assist the guest even if it had nothing to do with their job. kudos to all the employees! outstanding customer service!
