Good This review is regarding Havana Tower Only!! The Chelsea portion of the hotel needs updating/renovating and could be cleaner. location was great! Havana towers are clean and have nice view.

Very Good I paid for an Ocean view room, but they gave me city view, so disappointed because of this. I would rate 10 if it hadn't been for that inconvenience. Room was very clean.
