Love this hotel but they charge extra for early check in which doesn’t make much sense. I was there 10 minutes earlier and it would have been $15. Should be a way the worker could override when you are closer to the time.

Large room was nice but was missing something ( furniture ) not sure if it was a sofa bed or a dresser, carpet was stained and dirty . Bathroom was nice but finding warm water in the shower was a game ( hot was on the cold side of dial.) very confusing lay out in the resort. Ocean view , could almost see it theough the dirty windows.

We were there to attend a concert held at the show room. The elevators to our 41 floor would randomly stop before reaching the floor and we had to get out and change to a different elevator. On another occasion, I saw a guy and his wife were separated because the elevator malfunctioned and his wife not able to join him going up.

The area around the property is dirty, however that is the general condition of the entire area. It has nothing to do with the Trop itself. Overall, the casino and rooms are always clean. Employees are nice and it’s easy to park and check in. The furniture in my room was scuffed up a bit due to aging, however the room was really spotless overall. The Havana tower is perfect if you’re interested in shopping/eating over gambling. The fridge in the room worked well too.
