The room was ready at 1pm and they wanted to charge a fee for early check in. 3 pm was the earliest we could get in. We went back to check in at 2:57 and they wanted to charge us! The room charge in itself with all kinds of tax included, they should allow a person to go in especially when the room is clean and ready and not charge for it! The hotel itself is fairly clean...
