tv doesn’t get many channels and floor in lobby of hotel needed constant cleaning but otherwise no complaints. room was wanted to extend out stay. became difficult location. amenities restaurants stores gambling. everything

I had a wonderful time at the Tropicana. Loved it. Inside the hotel not much. Outside too many homeless people. Prices for senior would be an asset. I have a marvelous time. I loved everything about the Tropicana. I wish you would have senior discounts. I will return more often if prices were reduce for seniors. Excellent place for quiet stay. Loved it.

Perfect location, so many options, just need clear directions! For a first-timer, the check-in was confusing and the longest process. We needed directions to self park and wanted to use a kiosk to check in and when that didn’t work, had to haul luggage clear across the hotel to wait in line for an hour. Clear maps in the rooms would’ve been nice also. Had no idea where pool locations were or how to navigate hotel at first. The amount of options of things to do at the hotel was exceptional, along with places to eat, etc…
