Our experience was excellent AS SOON as we SWITCHED rooms!!!! The Havana tower was amazing and I will say the front desk was kind and accommodating since we were first assigned to a room in the West tower that was SO SO so disgusting we literally ran out of it. I’m talking bodily fluid stains on the sheets, liquid stains of some sort dripping on the walls. The air conditioning unit was bolted shut so you couldn’t control the air flow.
