the manager was nice when I let her know about the room. I would definitely visit the hotel shopping center again but I room was old. not worth the price. Dirty and had a bad smell. the shopping center and casinos were nice . Beautiful shopping center and great restaurants.

pretty good there was no AC in the room. only a fan option but when lowering to 60 degrees it was still warm, it never cooled. made for the stay uncomfortable at times. clean, lots to do.

A lot of fun! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves! Answer from attendant in house keeping “I have no idea why they didn’t clean your room . All I can do is send up clean towels . I did not feel like a valued customer . But one bad apple can’t spoil the whole bunch ! Room never cleaned during my stay . It was Clean when we checked in . I was Out all day returned from gambling at 10 pm and room was not cleaned . No clean towels .
