Besides waiting & hour for my vehicle at valet after I checked out.. that was the only worse thing & the kiosk they have for you to check in yourself they are horrible they have to upgrade or fix them. But besides that everything else was amazing I mean amazing we enjoyed our stay at Tropicana

Disliked the elevator service on South Tower. Liked to convince of location.
