The odor is unbearable especially at the entrance/valet parking areas. The rooms also have strong odors (both of our 2 rooms). We asked to change one of the rooms but we didn’t get it.

It's never easy reading how we did not live up to expectations. But we appreciate the time you've taken to let us know. We take it all in and discuss what we can do to satisfy all who come to stay with us.
Very very far walk from the parking garage to the check in desk and then even further to all the rooms with no option of a luggage cart. Called front desk for more towels and spent 20 minutes on hold before giving up and just stealing towels from the pool. Room was clean, casino is very nice, food options were great
