We stayed in the west tower. It was decent, the elevators were absolutely awful!! They took forever. The indoor pool closed at 5 o'clock which I feel is ridiculous. Especially when the outdoor pool is closed. Being a big resort you would think they would stay open longer, we paid a lot of money to stay here and it would've been nice if the pool was open longer. Overall it was a good stay.

Didnt get the right room, carpets need to be shampooed had a musty smell
