Nice hotel and resort, poor room choice given they knew there was a noise issue There was a noise all night that kept me awake and when I spoke to front desk about it they knew right away what it was, the window cleaning apparatus. Which made me think they were aware of the issue and yet still out us in that room The resort had a lot of amenities, the room was clean and spacious

overall me and my wife had a great time and will return some of the staff weren’t as friendly as the others. me and wife and some of the staff seemed to not realize that the various options you have for dining and entertainment
