The accommodations were great and once we were able to navigate to and fro we enjoyed ourselves. The location was massive and very difficult to find your way around. My partner was handicapped and we were very frustrated with getting lost and confused. It was like a huge city. They allowed an early check in and the Kiosk were very helpful. Parking for the Havana tower was ideal allowing close proximity to the elevator to my room. The staff at the Kiosk was extremely helpful

Wonderful Reservation included a crib. At check-in we were told they were sending one. We went out and when we came back it still wasn't there. Called for it at 11:15pm, called back again at 11:45pm. Finally got it around 12 Clean, cool temperature

Exceptional Just not having the room I paid for until we went to have it changed. We were given the wrong room when we arrived because apparently there were no more king rooms available in the west tower. So we called reservations to see if we can get it changed. And we were upgrade from west tower to Havana tower king room with a view. I forgot the woman’s name at the front desk but she was so nice.

Our first time Just a couple of people where not as friendly, more of just brush offs or passed us off to someone else. a lil disappointing due to it was our anniversary and it became a lil frustrating for us, But we dont let that spoil the fun of everything else. The shower drain was backed up, and wish there was a lil more patience from staff. Not everyone has been there before or learned the blueprint before we got there. Maybe the pool was closed at this time. I never found it. Maybe next time I actually loved everything... read more
