You know what you get. Check in takes FOREVER. Check out takes FOREVER AND A DAY. Made it from the Chelsea tower all the way to the Havana tower where our car was parked, only to find out that I can't check out using the kiosk and there's nobody at the reception desk at the Havana tower. Walk all the way back, across the casino floor to the main lobby only to check out there. Then back to Havana, where the line for the elevators took 1/2 hour to clear... Something is wrong if you make people wait both on the way in and out. ... read more

Would definitely book another trip to return. Trying to catch an elevator ride from the parking lot was a disaster. The room was comfortable. loved the fact that the beach was walking distance.
