It's never easy reading how we did not live up to expectations. But we appreciate the time you've taken to let us know. We take it all in and discuss what we can do to satisfy all who come to stay with us.
Check in was very quick using kiosk. Usually stay at Tropicana when visiting AC due to its location and restaurants/shops. Had an issue w/ the toilet seat in our bathroom being cracked, but maintenance came up immediately to replace it. We will continue to stay at the Trop when in AC.

Easy to get to the facility. Hard to find the front desk. After I was guided to use one of the check in kiosks, I inserted my drivers license. It worked around for a minute then released the license out without any result or process outcome. Used another one which also accepted the license and released but without checking me in. Finally the check in help arrived and guided me to use another kiosk which finally worked. It was easy. A long line at the front desk; movement was slow. A high spirited area. I liked it. The room was “clean” but the paint on the walls were chipped, very bland rooms, and even though it was smoke free it smelled.
