comfortable stay there was no maid service but we understand the hard times the economy has dealt us all we really liked staying in the north tower

It was conveniently located to our concert venue but I wouldn't stay there again. The hotel was not what we expected. The check in process was not the smoothest. There was a long line - one person at the desk and a wall of check in kiosks. The pictures did not exactly depict the room that we got. While it was clean, it was very basic. The walls were very thin. It felt cold the entire time due to the tile and vinyl floor - there were no rugs or carpeting. The water pressure and temperature were not great.
