Overall, it was a decent stay for the price. Check-in KIOSK didn't process my third party reservation. There wasn't a path to get out of the can't locate your reservation loop and no live representative to assist causing major check-in issues which I had to leave the building to go to the main desk to finally get check-in. Did not like having to stand in line with Smoking being allowed. The A/C Room Temperature controls were not properly working. 1 Trash bag was left behind after morning cleaning one day. Very Good housekeeping only came in one day during our stay, I had to contact someone 3 times about room Refrigerator and TV REMOTE not working. We have been there before

Not bad Wish there would have been a little more directions with parking and that it was the only garage when we thought we were in the wrong place when we had to go to the Chelsea tower. Very clean, and loved being able.to see the beach

Wonderful My room had a few issues. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean because my shower had hair in it. The entire resort was amazing. So much to experience without even having to leave
