The place is very confusing. Right when you get to the Tropicana the self parking deck is confusing to find (we had to call) the whole layout of the place is confusing, you have to use multiple set of elevator to get around. There are no signs and staff doesn’t give the best directions on how to get around. Other than the place being confusing on knowing how to get around, the overall stay was good.

The elevator made a loud banging noise all night. Reqested room change and they didn’t accommodate after making qn compliant at the front desk. I do not like smoke and Marijuana makes me sick. Didn't realize this was allowed in the hotel.
