Very Good The check in service doesn’t make sense. When we arrived there, there was a long line waiting to check in but little did we know there are kiosks to use. There should be more of a clear sign for check in. The parking is ridiculous. There is valet or public parking for the hotel. On Saturday, we left for the day and came back to no parking. So we needed to use valet for another $25 charge. There should be parking for guests who are staying at the hotel and paying money to stay there and then parking for people just ... read more

Very good. Didn't like the casino slot machines. Need to chang Did not have wash cloths in the Bath room. The garage was being repaired. Very inconveniencing. Long walk to the casino and check it. More signage needed I appreciated the employees at the check in and check out times. Very efficient and pleasant

My stay. Hotel room wasn't very clean, also the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. I like the different type of bars and restaurants there were to choose from. Good atmosphere .

Wonderful Can't really pick on anything. We stayed one night and were pleased with the room. Very clean, spacious rooms. We stayed at Havana towers, everything is very close.
