Good The door handle of our room stopped working and we had to wait outside of our room for over an hour waiting for maintenance to come and try and unlock the door. Also if you don't choose valet parking, you have to park over a mile away to be able to get into your room which was very inconvenient. Room was clean, and staff were very helpful/friendly. Casino experience was awesome with lots to experience and do.

It was an okay stay, just the cleanliness of the rooms and windows. the hall ways really reeked of cigarette smoke Rooms and hallway reek of cigarette, although we booked non smoking rooms

Outstanding as always; my number choice of place to stay in AC! The in room service as always is outstanding along with the staff! In this case only with this visit, the bathroom sink had shaven hair however, the house keeping staff quickly responded and resolved it.

ok Only thing is that i don't like is the kiosk machine didn't work and i waited over a hour just to ck in and i miss my dinner appointment and had to pay a fee and also the price i book online was not the price i had to pay. So i just paid it because i came 2 hours away for my wife birthday. The room was fine clean . The staff was very helpfull with directions to get to my room. Everyone there had a nice attitude and kind.

Wonderful Shower water was to low I could smoke in the room
Good Staff was very friendly and the room was quiet While the room was updated a lot of finishing issues. For example, the door to the room was not flush with the frame so you could see into the hallway around the door. The bathroom was updated but there was no shelf in the shower for your shampoo and soap.
