Pleasant We LOVE the Tropicana. And if you look at your records you will see, we are comsistant customers. BUT....IT, dirty, needs updating everywhere. SAD

It suited our needs, clean friendly the room was to cold, the heating lighr above the shower was flickering, the toilet handle was loose/tricky...we requested maintanence via the front desk they never showed fine

Weekend Stay The room was mediocre. In the bathroom both the toilet paper holder as well as the hand towel holder were barely holding on to the wall. The hotel itself as well has their parking garage are incredibly confusing and difficult to navigate. Having to carry our luggage across many floors, up and down escalators, and through the whole resort just to get to the parking garage was tiring and took away from the enjoyment of our stay.
