Go for the cheapest room. Don't pay more for ocean view. I regret paying for the ocean view room, which costed twice the other room just to have a cloudy window that faces the next building. Carpets were stained with something red. Slight smokey air in the room. Also, every small addition would cost at least 20$ more. The check in kiosks did not work for me and I had to walk a lot to find the lobby, there are very few sign boards and nobody to ask. The location was great, next to the ocean. Sheets were clean. Fun new adventure Read above. Our 65th BD bash was around the roof top pool and bar. We did not understand we could not get a sear if we did not pay in advance to reserve. We enjoyed the pool but hugged our stuff at waters edge while all the reserved seats remained vacant all day. We should have had option to move once someone came. Drinks were good poolside. My day was very comfortable and relaxing is what I needed There was a little issue with the door when I would scan it would do a lot of clicking so I don’t know if it was you know locked some of the times so I just kept checking it to make sure but other than that it was awesome I stayed in the Havana Tower, which is pretty much close to everything. Parking lot hotel was close to where my room was as well.

Exceptional The first day my tv did not work, I had to wait an hour before someone came to fix it. The floor had long pieces of hair on the bedroom floor and bathroom. On the bedroom floor, pieces of chips and pretzels by the beds. In the bathroom hair, all on the floor. The bathroom door handle was broken. We did not lock the door because we didn't want to get stuck in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was really cold.
