Great time! So much to do!

The hotel was clean and most employees were very nice. But they don't clean the room or give you toilet paper or towels. I called down the second day to ask them for towels and to clean the room and they just brough 2 towels. When I complained at the desk. they said we don't clean the room until you check out. The valet was rude and where ever they kept the car, it had white streaks of something dripped on it that wouldn't come out at the car wash, I'll need to go scrub it off by hand, I would stay again but I'll take a che... read more

Great staff, great stay, lots of activities and dining!

We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator in the 36 floor so we decided to go down the stairs , same with the elevators in the parking area. It was a big line to get on the elevator so we decided to walk up the ramps to the car.
