Wonderful It could use a little bit more cleaning, the parking garage smells really bad and the room could have been cleaned better I liked all the restaurants and shops available in the hotel

Great Bed :)!!!! 110 pounds w a huge king to herself was great. No complaints. Just a maze till you find your way around. Once you do your good. Love Chıckıe and Pete’s too!!! Great food Reminds me of my Grandma and Aunt they loved ıt here. Penny slots. Hıghlıght of their yearly vacation. Both won 500 dollars one time. On them :). Stores are nıce.

Pleasant 1. The self check in kiosk is horrible. I tried to scan the barcode and couldn't do it' the CSR came over he couldn't do it' he scanned my ID and it kept saying identifying my name and so on and still did not work. He had to go to the computer and look me up. There were 2 other people having the same problem. 2. My rm was in the Chelsea Tower. Had to go up an escalator walk to the elevator for the south tower and take it to the 5th floor. Get off walk a long hallway to take another elevator to my. Floor. When I was ... read more
