love the atmosphere and the dedication of the team and facility! I wouldn’t be where I am without my trainer Starr though! she’s making my weight loss journey feel like a lifestyle I can handle instead of a chore!! thankful for her and the big head honcho Andrew! 🫶🏼

Clearly has been unmaintained for a long time. Dirty. Broken equipment. Disgusting pool. Gross locker room. Hottub broken. Wanted to enroll but after one guest visit, I will not return.

The Staff has amazing customer service skills. On the other hand, cleaning wise, it NEEDS to be improved. Some machines have been down for quite some time now. My man had recently got his membership and he was charged an annually fee (55$) and his monthly fee of (12$). I asked about his annually fee and was given the answer of "for the new renovation". Been here over a year Out of cleaner for the equipment for almost 3 weeks and instead use water. How is that sanitary? Equipment is broken for months. Other gyms get it fixed in a week. At least 1 toilet is always broken some how. At one point all male toilets were off for a few weeks. Counted 42 tvs and non are on. Am I there to watch TV? no, but how is there that many  with nothing on. Half the water fountains don't work. Ab area carpet is only vacuumed. Guarantee that hasn't been deep cleaned. I've been a member of TruFit gym in Killeen, TX for a while now, and I feel compelled to share my experience due to the ongoing issues that have been frustrating me and many other members. Despite the fantastic staff who are always friendly and helpful, the state of the gym's facilities is simply unacceptable. Firstly, the ladies' workout room has had a broken AC for months. TruFit is an excellent gym with lots of space and equipment, unique amenities, and great classes. But the BEST part, is the KidsClub!!! The ladies who work there are amazing and patient. Specifically, Ness and Marisa were able to coax my extremely shy toddler out of her shell! She no longer cries when I leave because she has fun and is friends with Ness and Marisa. I'm so thankful that I can focus on my workout and know that my daughter is safe and happy. Thank you so much ladies!!!

The classess offered are the BEST part of a membership at TruFit!! Specifically, instructor Liz has such high energy, and contagious attitude makes me excited to attend class. I love going to TruPower class 3x a week for an excellent all around workout. I was concerned about being able to motivate myself when I first joined, but Liz makes it easy now! The classes are NEVER the same, it's always something new. Liz turns working out into something I actually look forward to, and do my best to never miss a class!!
