I love this gym because the staff is friendly and the crowd that works out here are good people. I wouldn't change this location, they have everything I need to meet my goals, basketball court, sauna, red light therapy, massage beds, pool, weights and cardio equipment. It's very spacious compared to other gyms as well.

Best gym in killeen
This gym turn the sauna down by 1900 every day which is absolutely not acceptable. Myself and many other members pay for the sauna with our monthly fees but never be able to use it. Not everybody has a job from 8-5pm. This is a big no go and should be handled and changed immediately.

They haven't fixed the hot tub in months. The pool is now full of filth too and the water fountain in the men's locker room is not working for months now too.
Misinformation for cancelling your monthly fee. I wanted to cancel and they tell me I need to wait almost 30 days to cancel Wich means I had to pay 1 more month.. so I'm like ok sure, now over a month Later I get charged again... I call and they tell me I need to wait 45 days to cancel so I have to pay AGAIN for a gym I don't have time to visit. Thing is I was never told about this system when I started at the gym. Seems like they just wait until you're about to cancel that they tell you about this to squeeze 2 more months. ... read more
