Worst gym I’ve ever been in. Dirty, old machines and rude staff.

Clearly has been unmaintained for a long time. Dirty. Broken equipment. Disgusting pool. Gross locker room. Hottub broken. Wanted to enroll but after one guest visit, I will not return.
The Staff has amazing customer service skills. On the other hand, cleaning wise, it NEEDS to be improved. Some machines have been down for quite some time now. My man had recently got his membership and he was charged an annually fee (55$) and his monthly fee of (12$). I asked about his annually fee and was given the answer of "for the new renovation".
