Clearly has been unmaintained for a long time. Dirty. Broken equipment. Disgusting pool. Gross locker room. Hottub broken. Wanted to enroll but after one guest visit, I will not return.
The Staff has amazing customer service skills. On the other hand, cleaning wise, it NEEDS to be improved. Some machines have been down for quite some time now. My man had recently got his membership and he was charged an annually fee (55$) and his monthly fee of (12$). I asked about his annually fee and was given the answer of "for the new renovation". Been here over a year Out of cleaner for the equipment for almost 3 weeks and instead use water. How is that sanitary? Equipment is broken for months. Other gyms get it fixed in a week. At least 1 toilet is always broken some how. At one point all male toilets were off for a few weeks. Counted 42 tvs and non are on. Am I there to watch TV? no, but how is there that many with nothing on. Half the water fountains don't work. Ab area carpet is only vacuumed. Guarantee that hasn't been deep cleaned.
