The TruFit staff at walzem are so generous. I was on the stair-master in the front area when I seen an old lady fall off the treadmills. Before I could get down and try to help the staff was already there. I’m aware they are somewhat trained for emergencies so I just stayed to the side but they kept checking on her and I even noticed them making sure she made it out the door safe. It was really kind gesture and more importantly shows how much they value their members.

Big thank you to Maddie and Macey. I called about charges on my account and wanted to cancel. Macey looked at the invoice and checked my account and was quick about accessing the problem. I love how well she explained the problem and who she could direct me to. She sent me to Maddie who was a major help and honestly their professionalism for an issue out of their control made me want to stay at the gym. This location has amazing staff ! I wish other gyms had more staff like TruFit !
