This is my second time here and I was in the women’s locker room I was going to bring it to the staff attention that the ladies where leaving the locker room kinda messy and as I was washing my hands a worker name Maddie came in and started cleaning the whole locker room and apologize for the messy the other ladies made.

Hi Tru Fit Family, I wanted to say thanks to Adrain for an amazing TruPower and Combo6 class on 23 February . What I loved about Adrian’s teaching style was his ability to correct proper technique, encouragement and for holding me accountable. Every muscle on my body worked today and it felt so good after I was done. Thank you Adrian for empowering and equipping me with new tools while inspiring 😊.
