Nice clean location. It get a little crowded at times I prefer to do my weight training early, or late, so it works for me. I bring my 14 year old son regularly and he enjoys a light workout with me.
Just started working out here ! Staff is wonderful .. very impressed. Only thing they can work on is keeping the music going stop skipping songs for those of us who forget our headphones. Other than that … keep up the good work
I’ve been coming here since it was originally Freedom fitness. TruFit came in and revamped the whole thing. Lots of free weights, machines, cardio, and fun classes. Bang for your buck for sure! Only thing I think it is missing is a calves and glute bridge machine.
