RecommendedJust started working out here ! Staff is wonderful .. very impressed. Only thing they can work on is keeping the music going stop skipping songs for those of us who forget our headphones. Other than that … keep up the good work
I’ve been coming here since it was originally Freedom fitness. TruFit came in and revamped the whole thing. Lots of free weights, machines, cardio, and fun classes. Bang for your buck for sure! Only thing I think it is missing is a calves and glute bridge machine.

Staff is super chill and answers all your questions. Very helpful and they keep the gym super clean all the time. Love it here.
The staff is caring and helpful. Multiple class options. my favorite part is everyone guest included are very kind and will help with anything. i have been coming here for over a year and it is the best gym. The facilities are very clean and they have tons of lockers in the locker rooms. The remodel and extra squat racks is a great addition and I come everyday and always have room to do anything from weightlifting to hiit to cardio.

Chanté is a fantastic instructor! My sister and I have had so much fun in her classes. 😁 All of the staff have positive energy; plus, the women's centre has excellent ventilation/cooling (especially compared to the Pat Booker location). This is our favorite TruFit location!👍🏿
