I've been bringing my dog to Dr. Meglino for 10 yrs now. The staff are always attentive, polite, and professional. The facility is easily accessible, and appointments accommodating. Dr. Meglino is caring and takes the time to explain procedures. I would recommend the Tuckahoe Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pet!

Kathleen T. Doherty is great! After moving from the city, my bichpoo, Archie, and I began seeing her for his puppy care. She's been patience, kind to Archie, and patiently addressed any questions or concerns I had. I do find the animal hospital's COVID procedures worrisome since the receptionists don't always wear masks and any number of people is allowed inside. But at least I know Archie is in good hands with Dr. Doherty.

Dr. Doherty is AMAZING!!! The whole office is so nice and caring! My fiancé and I just got a puppy and we were so super nervous because she wasn't feeling well and the office gave us an appointment that day! Dr. Doherty talked with us and answered all of our questions in detail really explaining everything to us. They continued to help us and called me to see how she's feeling. We really love this office and we HIGHLY recommend them. They took really excellent care of our puppy!!!

I have been bringing my dogs & cats to this fabulous group for years & always had a great experience. But recently we had a special situation with a ferrel cat that has adopted us. We have been sheltering, feeding & loving this cat for several years but he would never come inside. Poor guy got a nasty abscess & got sick rather quickly. If I could give 6 stars I could. Super friendly, very knowledgable, really listen to everything I said. Really broke down what my dog is going through and how to be proactive for the future. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying anything and they were very open on how much everything was going to cost me. Like what more could you really ask for! I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Also it was super clean and did not smell like wet dog! Really wonderful experience just had today with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Diaz and the experiences my family has had in trusting him and the staff at Tuckahoe with our dogs' care. I was introduced to Tuckahoe Animal Hospital by my parents who followed Dr. Diaz from a previous practice and at first was a little shocked at how far they traveled to see him. I've been bringing my dog here for about 3 years. They are very professional and caring group of people. On my last visit I took my 9 year old daughter. Dr. Meglino spoke to her about how to be responsible for our dogs health and he let her listen to our dogs heart with the stethoscope and look into his eyes and ears with the otoscope. She was thrilled. He's a very patient, caring and pleasant guy. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Meglino runs a tight ship. The experience of the expertly thorough care for my dog is enhanced by the fact that he is attentive to our (mine and my pet's) concerns and punctual with his appointments. His office team is courteous and helpful with reminders before the appointment and a follow up after. Well done!
