I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Meglino & Dr. Diaz. We have a 2.5 year old 5 lb Yorkie who has more health problems than you could imagine. Dr. Meglino, Dr. Diaz and the staff have been beyond patient, helpful, caring, accomodating and truly amazing that our Lilly is doing phenomenally. Dr. Meglino & Dr. Diaz were able to diagnose an incredibly specific problem with Lilly that presented as very vague symptoms (vomiting and diahrrea). Dr. Meglino has been our vet for 6 cats over 17 years (he was our vet in another office for a year or so before opening his own Tuckahoe office). He and his staff have provided consistently exceptional and compassionate care for our beloved pets, and clear and patient explanations and information for us. Dr. Meglino has always gone the extra mile to help with difficult or frustrating medical issues that have come up, particularly in our cats' elder years. Absolutely love them! I've taken my two cats to both Dr. Meglino & Dr. Diaz - and they're both amazing! My cats are skittish and really quite difficult at the vet, but both veterinarian's make it as pleasant of an experience as possible. They have excellent bedside manner, really listen to both you & your pet, and allow you to leave feeling completely satisfied that you were well attended to. Couldn't give a higher recommendation!

Was new to NY about a year ago now. I needed to find a vet that had everything all in one as our dog is a bit anxious. This place was great in the beginning, I couldnt speak highly enough. They have the behavioralist Mike Kennedy who also has the doggie day care which we utilized a ton 5 Stars to Mike. (he went above and beyond for our dog). The Vet also great! i would give this vet a 0 if i could. my grandson went on vacation with his father, left his dog there, for day care and to be taken care of by vet. they came back 9 days later, the dog was drugged without their permission. my own vet told me you should never sedate especially a senior dog, it can stop breathing! that is exactly what happened! lost tons of weight from not being fed! that was not the first time that the dog lost a lot of weight! was throwing up, , shaking when he picked him up the poor dog from being mistre... read more

A bunch of crooks!. Our dog was to get surgery and we discussed everything that needed to be done. Not once, but with three different people including the vet. On day of surgery, we had someone drop off our dog and asked that person what needed to be done instead of calling us to discuss or confirm. They performed the procedures without contacting us!! Not impress with the doctors here . Seems to me it's all about money . No relationship establish with your pet . Doesn't listen to your concerns . I should of never went here , sorry I did .

So UNPROFESSIONAL! I called about a week ago and wanted to become a new client. The receptionist that picked up the phone was rude, nasty and wanted to have nothing to do with the call. I proceeded to book an appointment to see if it was maybe a busy day! I called today to confirm and they didn't even have my appointment and the receptionist laughed on the phone. I just want to start this off by saying I barley ever leave reviews, but after the experience I had I know I needed to share with other people so that they make sure they don't ever come to this business.
