Worst vet ever....if you care about your pet, do yourself a favor and read the other one-star reviews, there is a theme here--non responsive to customer concerns to the point of rudeness, charged three times as much as other vets in the area, and oh yeah, better than average odd that your pet ends up dead. But hey, if you need to euthanize a perfectly healthy animal, give Dr Mengele here a call...he'll be happy to help,

Extremely poor service and several times more expensive than other vets in the area. We took our last dog to this vet and repeatedly heard them call her the "puppy-mill dog". Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We noticed our dog was behaving strange and would have trouble eating and constantly mention this to the doctor on site. Great place to contract Covid during a global pandemic. The entire staff refuses to wear masks and put their customers at risk. I brought up my concern with the front staff and was told that it's too hard to do their job with a mask on. Why not lock the front door and not allow customers in like most other vets? Customers were very uncomfortable and standing outside in the extreme heat as there was no texting/calling instructions for pickup and drop off. Needless to say, I've switched vets after one visit

This place killed my dog. I went to this place when my dog Simba was having a hard time breathing on Saturday 6/6/20. They discharged him after an hour or so. They told me Simba was stable. By Sunday morning, Simba was dead! They misdiagnosed him! That's malpractice! That place and that doctor should lose their license! They have the nerve to charge me $1450 when they clearly misdiagnosed him. Because of them I lost my companion for 9 years. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They want to keep you in a cycle of coming back not curing your pet. Dr. Meglino out and out lied to me about my dog having a parasite. He said he needed to order a special prescription for her, um, it was flea and tick prevention which she was already on and she had NO Fleas or Ticks. It took until the 2nd visit for him to disclose she had dermatitis which was from an allergy. What a bunch of money grubbers! The woman at front desk is a total witch with her short skirts and all, give me a break! Dr. Meglio totally overlooked that my cat had fleas. All they care about is your money!!! They barely examine your pet and then charge you up the wazoo for for shots, etc. and when you inquire about the charges, they get nasty about it! Can anyone recommend a good vet in the Westchester area?

Do NOT ever bring your pet to this hospital. Not only are they rude and have absolutely no bedside manner what do ever they are only out for your $$$$$. They ran a battery of UNNECESSARY tests on my 15 year old dog!!!! And made it sound like he actually needed them when he did not. Then they gave him medications that he did not need! They also wouldn't let me see him until my bill was paid in full! I felt like they were holding him ransom. Do not bring your animal here! From the lack of personality of the front desk staff, to the unprofessional Dr Meglino, this place is the worst. It is beyond me that they have been in business 20 years. All they care about is taking your money. Now I know why Dr. Diaz left. He was the best thing in that place.

We chose this Vet from the list provided by the Humane Society after we adopted our puppy. It was supposed to be a complimentary post-adoption check up but the vet barely looked over our dog and used the visit to run down his services and fees. I understand that this is one way they get new clients but I felt their main focus was on the $$. I took our dog for a second checkup elsewhere and felt much more comfortable that the focus was on the animal.
