Dustin has been great in overseeing my vehicle. I actually prefer to bring it in when he is on shift because he is so good at customer service. We had some complicated issues with my Z and I was confidant Dustin was taking care of it and he did. He is a very detailed person and that is an awesome quality to have in a position like his.
Bob is always great--always looks out for the customer. It is a pleasure to work with him. The work was completed very quickly. Thanks for the great customer service.
Tustin Nissan makes getting my car serviced easy. From making the appointment on line, to dropping my car off, to communications with the service advisor and picking it up everything was efficient. The staff is very professional.
Finally, the service is professionL and polite. The last THREE times was not good for me. I understand. In fact the time before yesterday took Three and a half hours. Yowch....the mechanic did come in and say he was sorry and new.,that was sweet, plus I didn't get a great car wash like yesterday. Took two hours before they remember to come I waiting area and talk to me. Oh well you guys have a great cofee machine and I had breakfast and lunch with your snacks. Extremely friendly service. As usual Carl came thru with above and beyond customer service. My car was serviced with in the promised time. Thank you.
I brought my car in for a service recall and a oil and filter change and tire rotation. They did all that and while my car was there they found a leak in my transmission seal and also fixed that under warranty. I appreciate them checking other things and making sure I don't have to bring my car in another time. The only thing I was disappointed with (only a slight disappointment) is that they didn't call me when my car was completed and by the time they called I was already home with my car. Your service center is great. There is no better attribute a company can have other than trust and that is exactly what I have with your service department. They never oversell, they take great care of me, and they make honest recommendations. I couldn't be happier bringing my two Nissans there. Thanks, Doug.
