"Exceptional Professional " I took my car for service and was confronted by Jared the advisor. He was polite knowledgeable courteous and professional. Answered all our questions and came thru on his promises. We will DEFINITELY come back and tell our families to see Jared for their future services.

"Service for recall" Carl was very efficient and thorough. Answered my questions and took time as needed with me . Also referred me to a body shop for some quotes.

I was in on Saturday, August 29th to look at a possible new car. I had done my research online and found 3 I was interested in. Fabian took the time to show me the cars and allowed me to test drive all of them. He explained all the features and after some time, I made my choice. It took us a while to finalize the deal, and everything went smoothly until we were introduced to Garrett in the finance department. I visited 5 different dealerships before coming to Tustin Nissan. This was some what frustrating but ultimately I'm very happy i did it because it really made me appreciate the service I received at Tustin Nissan. My salesman - Ryan, was very laid back and honest. More importantly, I feel i got a very fair deal on my trade in and my new truck.

I dropped my old Infiniti yesterday for extended warranty work. Carl Cookerley greeted me as usual with his big hello. He explained the work to me and the time needed to get the part. In no time a rental was ready for me. At the end of the day, I got a call from Carl that my car is ready to go. This morning I went back to Tustin Nissan. I was greeted by Carl and Bob Richmond who has always helped me as well. I arrived for my first service on my Altima, i thought this visit was going to go bad in the beginning because I was ignored by a "Bob" as i walked in, then as i was going back out to my car to wait, i was approached by Daniel and asked if i needed any help, he was already helping someone at the time, and he directed me to Justin who was just finishing with a customer. Bob Richmond has always been courteous and helpful whenever I need servicing for my two Nissan cars. I bought these two cars from Tustin Nissan in 2007. Each and every time I have brought my cars to Tustin Nissan I leave happy and satisfied that all work was completed beyond my expectations. I have never experienced this with any other dealer before.
